Mark Gabay
Mark began his career in the apparel industry in 1990 and spent over 20 years in Southeast Asia in senior roles with European, Canadian, and American companies, combining strategic leadership with hands-on sourcing and manufacturing.
For the past decade, he has been based in Scandinavia, supporting small and medium-sized brands from concept and development through to sourcing and commercialization, while also advising larger workwear clients on sustainability-focused operations.
He is driven by integrity, professionalism, and a global mindset, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships and responsible business practices.
